Richard Sorrentino ATR offers eighteen years of corporate management and oversight of both large and small public and private organizations. He spent his entire professional career working in various capacities of the commercial property investment market (on both buy and sell sides of the business) focused on risk reduction, and return enhancement. Prior to forming Private Placements Group, (PPG) Richard spent four years as a company principal in a commercial real estate investment start up growing it's education and acquisition services from six to sixty-five employees. As Chief Executive Officer of PPG he oversees the strategic planning of the company. He provides seasoned experience in commercial property acquisition previously contributing to the hands on growth of a commercial real estate portfolio valued at $200 million in three states over a four year period. Richard attended Pacifica Graduate Institute and holds numerous professional certifications in combined study. Richard is also a seasoned entrepreneur having started, managed, and sold several companies since the mid-1980s. Philanthropy is part of Richard's professional activities participating and sitting on committees of many public and private initiatives nationwide.
